Does the main Microphone need anything additional to play the song tracks ?

No, the WOW product is plug and play - 100% - No loading disks, no waiting, depending on the model will depend on how many songs that unit has on-board as standard, this can be expanded by purchasing additional STP (Song Packs) which can be inserted and uploaded to your base machine.

 

Are the Mic's Wireless ?

 

It depends on the model, we show in the descriptions which have wireless and which have wired mics. All of our new units can also now use a wired Mic, see "Additional Mic's" to add wired mic's to your set-up.

 

I have an old Magic Mic - can I still use my old chips in the new Mic ?

 

No, you don't need too. Every chip which was available (all the Songs previously available on the old mic units) have been loaded to the base machine - so now everything is onboard. The new chips for the new Mic's are STP upload chips (they don't stay in the machine - you upload the pack and remove it),

 

How does the unit plug into your TV?

 

Symphony is HD -  so to make best use of this model use the supplied HDMI cable for the ultimate in Entertainment. Symphony, Harmony and Rhapsody all has 3 Phono R/W/Y output (Audio Left/Right and Video) to connect to TV's - some new TV's only have Scart input of Scart via Adapter - so you may need a scart adapter for to connect to your TV, check your connections on the side of your TV.

 

How can I see the songs on the microphone I'm looking to purchase ?

Click on the Model and view details - the description section to the top of the products own page has the number of UK SONGS in RED BOLD print, click it for a PDF of the songs on board.

 

I'm looking for accessories, how do I find what's compatible with my Microphone ?

Follow the link from the top red menu "Accessories" this will display all the previous model's we have sold since 1994, we cater for every model we have ever produced - Select your model number and compatible accessories will be displayed on screen, click to view, click to buy and checkout if you found the part you need. [ if you are unsure of your model number email a photo if it to Contact us and we will send you the model number (we only supply Enter-Tech or Wow product merchandise no other brand).]

 

Do you supply circuit parts from inside the Microphones ?

No, sorry we do not offer any internal parts for Mic's. Please contact our customer services with reference to a quotation for repair. Some older model's are now no longer economical to repair due to labour fees but our team will advise you in these cases.

 

What chip is compatible with my model ?

Can I call an order in by Telephone ?

Unfortunately our ordering is all internet based, this is for security as checks are made by our merchant on your address location when making payment with your debit or credit card. This verifies you as the card holder are authorised to purchase product. If you do not have a credit or debit card we would suggest asking someone to make the purchase for you on your behalf our site is encryption protected and cards are authorised and debited by World Pay [One of the largest creedit card authorities on the Net].

We do not store your card data, in fact Worldpay will process your card and we are merely told it was authorised or not, we never get to see your details - 100% security on your behalf. This site at checkout payment section will turn to https:// showing the secure page padlock.

 

I bought a Microphone overseas or imported it - can I still buy accessories ?

Of course, usually the model numbers will be the same [Please ask if you are unsure] therefore follow our FAQ's above to purchase parts and accessories.

 

I bought a Microphone overseas or imported it, I need to return it can you help me ?

Unfortunately if you bought your product outside of the UK this is classed as "GREY" import and we will not support your Serial number inside the UK, you will need to contact and return the item to the original purchased point or country of purchase, your warranty is not UK/European - if you purchase on an associate site you need to return via that site at your expense.

 

I have looked online and can buy cheaper outside of the UK

Product imported from outside of the UK is liable for customs Duty and VAT, VAT is 20% on your converted US$ Value and Duty will add a further percentage on top of the cost you already paid. This will be increased by a further admin charge by the courier carrying your product (For the payment admin) - they will invoice you usually for the total and release ONLY when paid.

As a rough guide if you order from our Philippine associate site in US$  or the USA Site - you will pay 23% / £23 for every £100 spend in UK TAXES before you receive your goods. Not to mention distance support, expensive if you want to return anything and a nightmare if it goes missing on the way to you !

 

I have seen something similar in China/Ebay online but claims to have more songs ?

Check the quality and product history - how long has the brand been around and available - Magic Mic arrived in the UK in 1990, new HD units were released in late 2014 with a continued investment and development program. You should also check (especially if using commercially) the songs are licensed. There are some very poor quality China manufactured clone type products which have poor reproduction sound. Wow Videoke product is manufactured in Korea under very strict quality control guidelines by one of the worlds leading Karaoke brands (the leading Korean brand).

Do you offer VAT Free Export.

Orders leaving the United Kigdom to a NON-EU Country are exported VAT (UK local TAX) FREE, we record your address, tracking number and signature on receipt as proof of export - these records are provided to our tax authority as proof of the unit leaving UK shores tax FREE. You may however be subject to local import/tax/VAT in your own country subject to your own local rates - we are not liable for any of these charges. Should these taxed not be paid, your goods may be returned to our depot in the UK by DHL - we would at this stage refund the order, but this would be less the incurred shipping costs and the incurred return costs which is most cases would be in excess of £50.00 (None contract returns rate). Please ensure you can pay your local taxes.

For EU Countries, UK Tax VAT is applied and paid, as such you will have no taxes to pay upon entry to your country. If you are an EU company arrangement can be made directly for circular Non VAT Export, we would need your full EU VAT ID and the shipping destination must match EU records for your VAT ID - these records are provided to our tax authority as proof of the unit leaving UK.

As a product since 1990, we are the longest trading distributor of this product in the UK, trading since 1994, our domain name Magicmic.co.uk has been active and retailing official product since 1994.
